Flying Cut-Off Machines

Cut-Offs tube, pipe, rollform cut-offs or flying type cut-offs are used in the manufacturing of tube pipe and rollform shapes. Cut-offs are used to cut the tube or completed shapes into predetermined lengths. The cutting process is done continuously and the cut-off are designed to cut the tube pipe or profile shape without stopping the line. There are several types of cut-off machines. Guillotine press type, coldsaw, friction saw, abrasive saw, and bandsaw are the most common.
